Mary Anne was simply "hanging out" in the cozy living room area, visiting with two of the guests who had checked out, but were not able to go to their next destination for awhile. One of several things that struck me about their sincere interest in their guests was when I went to say goodbye (after George had once again helped us get our luggage to and from our second floor room).
